REFUNDS FOR ORDERS PLACED WITHIN HUNGARY

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. We can only take back unused products with original labels.

For returns, please follow the steps below:

1) Contact our customer service at the email address info@chilidresses.hu , in which you describe the order ID and the product(s) you wish to return.

2) Pack the product(s) you want to return safely, preferably in its original box/courier bag, and send it back to the address given above by Foxpost home delivery. The buyer is responsible for the postage of the returned product(s).
We cannot take responsibility for packages that have not arrived.

4) Please enter your bank account number to which you want the refund. After receiving the package, we check the product(s) and, if we find them in an undamaged condition, we start the refund within 4-10 working days.
